Services

Maintenance

When finished the season, we recommend to air our equipment to eliminate all vestige or residual SO₂ gas. The always present humidity in the atmosphere is attracted by this residual gas, generating sulfurous acid, an aggressive chemical substance with metals, rubbers and plastics.

We offer the service to be in charge of equipment when finished the season: to revise, ventilate, possibly repair and finally store them (storage at no cost) until they are required for the next season. We normally send a previous budget for approval.

Technical Support

PROQUIVI GASIFIERS, through telephone call (available from 09:00 AM to 18:00 PM), Monday to Friday, commits to assisting their clients.

Procedure for urgent cases: the client contacts Proquivi office manifesting the problem. Administration registers the complaint and directs the call to a technician who will give instructions for a prompt solution. If the problem persists, the technician will inform management to organize field assistance.

Services

Training

PROQUIVI GASIFIERS encourages customers every year to train machine operators to increase productivity and reduce the risk of problems.

The training is carried out in our shop during 2 hours. The operative will learn about our gasifier and will be able to prevent the most common problems. When finishing the training, they will receive a Certificate of Attendance.

Field Equipment Reception

Between May and July each year, we travel between the IV and V regions, collecting Proquivi equipment.

During October to December we coordinate with all clients for equipment delivery with their respective Dose Comparison Certificates. Additionally, operator training is provided with corresponding Operator Certificates.
